Continental Staffing, Inc. has a permanent position available for a Claims Manager over homeowner claims. This direct-hire position can be located in either Jacksonville, Florida or Tampa, Florida. Full time position over 12 - 15 experienced team members. This unit will be responsible for non-weather related water-damage claims as well as litigation. The position will be approximately 65-70% management with about 30% handling of complex claims. Seeking candidates with 10+ years of homeowner experience with supervisory/management experience included. Position is a basic Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, schedule. Business casual dress code, benefits, growth opportunities within the organization, six-figure salary. You must have your Florida 620 adjuster license. College degree preferred, industry credentials such as AIC, CPCU are a plus.
