FKS Insurance Services has immediate openings for experienced adjusters handling Litigated and Complex claims. Qualified adjusters will have at least 1 year experience handling either Litigated claims or Complex claims. Other qualifying characteristics are: • Claim handling with PA/attorney involvement • Knowledge of state Statutes/Timelines/Building Codes • Experience with responding to Civil Remedy Notices (CRN) & Department of Insurance Complaints • Knowledge of different types of Alternate Dispute Resolutions (Appraisals, Mediations, Loss Consulting, Peer Review, Arbitrations) • Skillset in writing letters and collaborating on estimates • Experience with negotiating settlements If you're qualified and interested, please email your resume to resume@fks-insurance.com with either the word LITIGATION or COMPLEX in the subject line. | ||
