David Morse & Associates needs DAILY CLAIMS residential property Field Adjusters in Tennessee. Commercial property experience would be good also, but not required. We only use adjusters whose permanent residence is within a reasonable distance from the claims assigned. We need year-round service for our daily claims clients. [This is good for an independent contractor who has other insurance claims clients and is looking to expand their client base.] You need to have a valid adjuster license if required in your state. Must have 3+ years experience as a property field adjuster (or 1 year field experience if a Veteran). For residential property work, you need to have inspected/scoped homeowners damage and be proficient with Xactimate 28, Xactimate Sketch, and physically able to climb on and inspect roofs. Xactware Level I and Level II preferred (and we will pay for your certification if not already certified). Good spoken English and writing skills. Work from home and have full home office set up.
