We are a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies. We are looking for experienced independent residential property inspectors (1099 position) to perform Mid Value, High Value and Supplemental residential property inspections (appointments are required). We have work available in Florida, Massachusetts and Virginia. FLORIDA: Saint Johns, Walton, Brevard, Manatee, Martin, Volusia, Pasco, Okaloosa, Seminole and Polk Counties. MASSACHUSETTS: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Worcester Counties. VIRGINIA: Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Alexandria City, Fairfax City, Fauquier and more. Prior Mid and/or High Value experience, adjusting or appraisal experience required. Compensation varies by location and type of inspection. Contractors are paid twice a month by direct deposit, once on the 10th and once on the 25th. You will need the following items to begin: - A dependable, fuel efficient vehicle with current insurance. - A digital camera (5X optical zoom minimum) OR a Smartphone - we have a phone app! - A 10-12 inch measuring wheel. - A 5-6 foot extendable camera pole. - A 17 foot folding ladder (no roof walking required) - A Windows computer with high speed internet. The ideal candidate must also be able to work independently utilizing effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines (you must be available to perform inspections on weekdays during daylight hours). Must be able to navigate and use computer systems and applications, including internet and email. We offer a full training department and an accelerated training for experienced inspectors. | ||
