Desk Examiner – Property Claims – Commercial & Residential

Pay Structure: 1099 - pay is % of file fee paid based on experience / limited W2s

Cat Claims Unlimited (CCU) is a Third-Party Administrator and Independent Adjusting Firm that excels in providing custom claims solutions.

CCU is seeking EXPERIENCED Desk Examiners for BOTH DAILY AND CATASTROPHE residential and commercial property claims.


SKILL SET/QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be proficient in Xactimate and Xactanalysis with an ACTIVE license - providing the number of years of experience within your resume or body of your email

5+ years of demonstrated experience as a property desk adjuster, preferably CAT

Must have valid Texas adjuster license

Written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage and prepare reports and letters

Able to meet preset time requirements

Must pass background check

Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)

TWIA Certification would be advantageous

CCU pays on the 15th and last day of the month through direct deposit payments. We pay you before we have been paid.

Maintain continuous and professional communication with insureds, clients, vendors, attorneys and public adjusters

Able to work during core business hours (8 am – 5 pm CST) Monday – Friday, with additional time as needed during a catastrophe event.
